Short Red/Black Tiger Tails®The red and black Tiger Tails are available for sale only to large Network Operators. Where the yellow and black Tiger Tails are used primarily to visually warn about the proximity of power lines around construction sites. The red and black Tiger Tails are used as PPE. Their shorter lengths, make them easier to manoeuvre and slide over the low voltage conductors. Their red and black markings allows them to be effectively identified and kept distinct from their yellow and black counterparts. Because they are used as an insulation barrier, Network Operators will regularly inspect and set out provisions for re-testing.
