New PEP or Polyethylene Pipe. Multiples of this pipe can be effectively accommodated and stored underground in a length of plastic conduit. They can be bent to a swept radius and have a smooth slippery internal surface enabling the fibre optic cable to be smoothly drawn through without damage.
