The Kit is designed to insulate exposed conductors in a low voltage substation panel or kiosk to help reduce the risk associated when working live. It includes our insulated Magnetic fasteners in small and large PVC sheets so that they can be easily and quickly fastened to any part of the metal panel. It also includes a ground mat and a bag for storage. Because of the difficult nature of working with bulky gloves on small fixings in and around the panel, the kit is designed so that the operator may isolate the single area needing work, while screening out the surrounding areas. A risk assessment can then be performed before removing the gloves to work on the isolated area.
